Robert Ray Kinser, 75 of Dixie, WV, passed away on March 30, 2026.
Born on November 25, 1950, to the late Ray and Ethel (Nottingham) Kinser.
He is survived by his wife, Margaret, two sons, Robert Allen Kinser of Dixie, WV and Joseph Wayne (Rebecca) Turley of Dixie, WV; 4 grandchildren.
