Sunday evening Dec 7th, weathercasters told us, up to four inches of snow along with ice, heading our way. By Monday Dec 8th, middle of the afternoon,we were blanketed with 6 inches of the stuff and roads became impassable.  Schools closed Monday and Tuesday. Cars slid off area roads.
