April 2011

  • April 29 late p  Clay County's Top Badge was back on TV-3 News Friday evening. Our triple chinned Sheriff tinks he's scoring some political points with his foray into regional TV. Actually, it's just the opposite with his words less than the Gospel.   Like when he says that the accused, Brent Boggs just walked free... Not!
  • April 29 late p   Neither TV-3 nor the rotund one informed the public that Boggs remains charged with felony soliciting to commit murder. Instead of walking free, he's still under a huge bond to stay out of the Slammer. Bond is one of our rights. Home confinement is not often a part of Bond requirements.
  • April 29 late p  TV-3 nor tubby Badge mentioned that Brent Boggs actually made Bond (Walton Bonding) nearly two weeks ago. That Bond arrangement came from Magistrate Jeff Boggs who did not require home confinement as one of the terms.
  • April 29 late p  The more recent slap arrest for escape is sadly trumped up. That charge carries a five years behind bars penalty. The normal charge for cutting off a home confinement bracelet is violating the terms of home confinement.
  • April 29 late p  Knowing the Sheriff's "escape" speculations were 100% bogus, Prosecutor's agreed with the defense attorney and presented zero evidence to back up the Sheriff's assertions and without any evidence, no cause, Magistrate Mitchel King dismissed the charges as the Poopster stomped his feet. The trumped up escape charge could come up during some grand jury presentation at a later date if there was any truth in it.
  • April 29 late p That's two trained experienced Magistrates and one experienced Asst Prosecutor knowing the law and following the constitution. That's one temporary worker, a Chest thumping Sheriff  thinking he knows more than anybody and raising eyebrows with  statements that he couldn't trust Clay County Prosecutors and that some one was paid off.
  • April 29 late p Sometime before today's follow up TV-3 news report, Triple Chin fired off a letter stating that he was stopping use of home confinement provisions of the law in County Clay.
  • April 29 late. The too big for his britches Badge was again way out of line. It is Judges that decide who gets to use home confinement not a lowly Badge.
  • April 29 late p  If the Sheriff would get his way, Clayberry is in real trouble. If everybody is locked up at the regional jail's $48.50 per day fee, we'll be broke post haste.
  • April 29 late p Home confinement folks pay their own way with those funds going into the Sheriff's private slush fund. If  a Judge allows home confinement, the bad guy is charged a $280 hook up fee and around $11 per day service fee. If regional news sources want to do some investigation, how about this nugget.
  • April 29 late  When allowed home confinement, the $280 hook up fee is paid and then the bad guy is pee tested. If he fails the whiz test, home confinement is denied and Top Badge keeps the $280 hook up fee. No refund.  Over and over this happens. Quite a lucrative deal for the slush fund which is administered by the Top Badge without oversight.
  • April 29 late p Other West Virginia counties keep home confinement (and work release programs) away from their Sheriff. We could too.
  • April 29 late p  When you see our wittle Sheriff on the boob tube keep in mind, he ain't speaking the whole truth and only positioning for future political endeavors for his own personnel gain.
  • April 29 late p Brent Boggs remains charged for felony soliciting to committ murder; is on bond awaiting a court date or indictment proceedings; and has been on bond for a couple weeks or so. That's the truth no matter how hard our temporary worker Badge tries to varnish it under.
  • April 29 late p And Yes, we'll provide all the juicy details in Tuesday's Communicator, the only source for news of Clay County West Virginia.
  • April 29 p  Our norm is to hype the various events and activities in and around  the county each Friday morning. With so much happening this time around, just walk over to the EVENTS page for details.
  • April 29 p Here's a couple important things to note...
  • April 29 p There's a nationwide program being held tomorrow. Tho we are the Great Nation of Clay, this time around, Clayberry is a participant in the "Take Back ". The idea is to provide residents with an opportunity to safely get rid of unused drugs. For this county, Black Shirt Miles Slack will be at the front of the new Courthouse from 10 to 2pm Saturday. No questions asked, just safe disposal.
  • April 29 p About every three years or so some local agency writes a grant  to study what ails Clayberry. This time around it's the new Economic Development Coordinator writing the grant and seeking public input. How about it clickers, here's the link to the online survey form. Should take you about 10 minutes to complete this task and No you don't have to be a resident to complete the form.
  • April 29 p Oh by the way, what happens to all those studies done every few years? Nothing. The most recent one done two years ago.. no one cane even find a copy of the document.
  • April 29 p County Clay struggles to stay afloat. Even the Little League program has woes. From the email bag: We have only gotten one little league *official*  that would come and call a game for us, they had to ask a coach from the other team to call the game on Thursday. They have apparently moved the little league softball to the minor league field and Jr league goes to the high school to play because there is no mound for softball at the little league field even though softball is a part of little league. They are asking for donations for help at the field. They are losing the funds of the concessions at the high school?   Drema Thomas
  • April 29 early a  Clayberry's Top Badge called in TV-3 news yesterday to provide him space to stomp his feet in public. The short piece aired in the number four slot last night at 11pm.
  • April 29 early a At issue are the decisions of the Court system and Prosecutor's office that allowed Brent Boggs to walk away from trumped up escape from home confinement charges lodged by our local Sheriff. In the way of background, Boggs did not cut the leg bracelet and run but rather called officials to tell them of the problem.
  • April 29 early The rotund Badge seemed even more peed when our Asst Prosecutor told TV-3 , the Prosecutor's office upholds the Constitution. In response, the chest thumping, I am more powerful than God in this County, Sheriff, told regional viewers, he had no trust in the Prosecutor's office
  • April 29 a Also from the boob tube report, the Poopster: "I don't know what's going on here ... If it's payoff, politics... but something is going on,"
  • April 29 a  What's going on is, the wittle Sheriff did not get his way, has his shorts all bunched up, thinks he knows more than a trained Prosecuting Attorney, knows more than a Magistrate, and thinks everybody has to abide by his decisions.   Fortunately for us, State Code greatly limits the authority of a local Sheriff in this state.
  • April 29 a Maybe those forefathers were thinking of out of control or dumb bunny elected Badges when they wrote the State Code. Thank goodness for that early wisdom.
  • April 29 early a Here's the link to the TV-3 news segment
  • April 28 a Snippets...
  • April 28 a Badge mobiles were at Clay High this morning. Word on the street has it, the main lobby ATM box was the target of the thugs' attention.
  • April 28 a This site and the Communicator work to hype new business with an emphasis on growing tourism as the future of the county.
  • April 28 a It's tough to keep start or keep a business up and running in Clayberry. Details make a difference. Stuff like an advertising campaign, keep a good product at the forefront, retaining the best employees, and improving the product mix often suffer when the owner is in the trenches with no time to step back and think the situation.
  • April 28 a  Monday morning, Granny K's restaurant failed to open. With nose against the plate glass windows, all the decorations were gone. Remembered as "The Kitchen", Granny K's on Main Street is gone.
  • April 28 a In downtown Clay there is not one place to grab a bite to eat. That makes tourism a bit tougher in 2011.
  • April 28 a Last night's winds howled and lightening filled the sky. Early morning risers saw the sun come out in full force for a few minutes followed by gray clouds filling the above. Mother Nature is not sure what to bring us today.
  • April 28 a If weather cooperates, suppose to be a double header CCHS baseball game out at park this afternoon beginning at 5pm.
  • April 26 a If you're wondering about all the other pictures taken during Friday's Easter Egg Hunt, all of em are over on the radio station's web site on their UPDATES page.
  • April 26 a CCHS baseball action this afternoon at 5pm if the weather cooperates.
  • April 26 a It's always fun to watch when a suited politician gets caught. Here's one that was so against pot use and now he's busted. Wonder what else he hasn't been caught doing?
  • April 26 5:46 am  No school today at Lizemore Elementary due to power outage.
  • April 25 p   George Simpson Brown, 79, of Maysel, see OBITUARY page
  • April 25 p from the email bag: We at the Clay Nutrition at Two-Run would like to invite Clay Couny Seniors to eat lunch at Noon, Monday - Friday .  Also we deliver to qualified seniors meals to their home pleasde call us at 304-587-7094    Sue Ann Proctor   Home Care Program Coordinator
  • April 25 p  After an overcast and often drizzly Easter Sunday, the sun is out in full force Monday afternoon. Top down weather. Great for this afternoon's Lady Panther Softball game over at Schoonover / Bradley Field
  • April 25 p The Business Development Authority is convening a special meeting Tuesday evening at 6pm. Might be interesting
  • April 25 p County Commission meets Wed morning at 10am.
  • April 25 p Did you know: Jack Rollins from Keyser, W Va wrote Peter Cottontail and Frosty the Snow man. Pretty Cool.
  • April 25 p   For the first time, the international organization has set a date for the moment when the “Age of America” will end and the U.S. economy will be overtaken by that of China.
  • April 25 p The average price for a gallon of unleaded gasoline hit $3.86 on April 25, more than $1-a-gallon higher than a year earlier and less than 25 cents away from the record high price of gasoline set in July 2008.
  • April 23 a Very overcast and dribblely outside this morning. Haven't heard if today's Lady Panther softball game will happen or not. You're on your own clickers.
  • April 23 a Last night's Easter Egg Hunt and game time was a real success. Always nice to see so many local businesses caring enough to donate to an event serving the kids (and parents, grand parents) of County Clay.
  • April 23 a  So you have a little extra tax refund $$$ left over. Here's some high tech purchasing ideas.
  • April 22 a Many businesses and the Courthouse are closed today. School is in session but closing down early this afternoon.
  • April 22 a Suppose to be double header CCHS softball today beginning at 3pm. With a 90% chance of rain and thunderstorms, not sure if the games will happen or not.
  • April22 a The big Easter egg hunt will take place rain or shine at the old State Road garage at Two Run. 101.7 FM gathered gifts from 28 local businesses for the adult hunt. The Auction House gang is handling all the decorations and gifts.  Fun starts at 5:30 with games and munchies followed by the hunt getting underway around 6:30pm today.
  • April 22 a  Don't forget to check out the Big Otter Community Center web site for details on their music show tonight. You can find the click button over on our LINK page.
  • April 22 a So you're trying to live healthier. Eating plenty of fruits and veges? Celery, peaches, strawberries and such?  They might not be so healthy after all. Click here for the dirty dozen followed by the least pesticide laden foods.
  • April 22 a Last night the Girls split a double header getting 10 runned in the second match up
  • April 22 a Panther baseballers got whipped last night by  a Brighton New York team.
  • April 21 a Birds a chirpin and the sun is popping out. Happy Springtime Thursday to one and all.
  • April 21 a Lots of CCHS sports action this afternoon. First a CCHS softball game over at Schoonove / Bradley field followed by a high school team coming in from NEw York to challenge the Panthers at Clay County Park beginning at 7:30pm.
  • April 21 a Take your pick or do both. 101.7 FM will try another first for the community radio station. They're going to offer both games live and on air.
  • April 21 a  Those tomato, squash, cucumber plants over at the Farm Store are real inviting. This time of year we tend to overbuy. As you are buying keep something in mind. Come August when it's a 100 degrees and your hair is melting to your head as you can the stuff , you can't even give it away.
  • April 21 a For those of us that over buy, now's a good time to think about hooking up with the new and improved Clay County Farmer's Market. All those extra tomatoes etc., sell em to foreigners for high dollar prices. Talk with Mike over at the Extension office for more.
  • April 21 a In the latest Communicator is the information on the Blue Knob water line extension project grant funding getting tossed in the trash can. Maybe it was our wording or mis reading but, one guy thinks the problem is with our district middle man, go between, rep, Terry Martin. Wrong O! The problem is over at Town Hall.
  • April 21 a From the engineering division of the WV PSC:  The Town of Clay did not have the current Annual Report on file with the PSC when this application was filed with the Infrastructure Council.  The Town was given until February 18,2011  to file in order to complete a timely review.  The report was filed with the PSC on 2/17/11; however, the information appeared to be flawed.  On March 11, 2011, an email Erom Terry Martin was sent explaining the report is incorrect and is being corrected.  The corrected Annual report has not been filed yet.  Due to the lack of a current Annual report, we are recommending the application be returned  to the applicant.
  • April 21 a Once again those in charge of the municipality ain't keeping up with their duties.
  • April21 a Town elections come in June.
  • April 20 a Tornado watch in affect until 9 am this morning. High winds are tearing thru the county as of 6 am this morning. Be careful. Outages already reported.
  • April 20 a 20 pages worth of great reading in this week's Communicator now on news stands everywhere.. well, almost everywhere.
  • April 20 a Our lead story provides info on how you can put some extra jingle in your pocket this summer. Pretty good Police Blotter.
  • April 20 a  It's quickly becoming air conditioner season. America went to H with the invention of A/C. That's what happened to the Roman Empire too. Back then everyone went inside, closed their windows and couldn't hear the barbarians coming!
  • April 20 a A/C leads to evil too. Take Mom's for instance. Turn on those window units on a hot summer day and Poof! Mothers' put on those skin tight dresses , grab a cigarette and glass of gin.
  • April 20 a Watch out, it's air conditioner season.
  • April 18 p Happy 18th Birthday wishes to Madison Neal
  • April 18 p Hello Michael  and JamieTharney
  • April 18 p  Happy 5th Birthday to Cohen Neal
  • April 18 a Tonight is the deadline to file your Infernal Revenue tax returns for 2010. As you write out that tax check, here's something to make you grit your teeth: In 2007, the last available year for IRS data, the average income in the super rich set was around $345 million, and they paid about 17 percent in federal income taxes. In 1992, the average income tax rate for the same set was 26 percent.
  • April 18 a How many taxi cab rides are there each day in New York City? Answer: 435,000. Now how's that for worthwhile information!
  • April 18 a  Many of us complain about not having a job. Some dimly lit politicians still think they can attract a Toyota to this land of little. There is something we can do for ourselves. That's to grow our own money.
  • April 18 a The plan is to hold a Farmer's Market each Saturday morning in the Fas Chek parking in downtown Clay. There will be canopies set up along with table.
  • April 18 a If you don't have a job, it's time to grow something to sell or come up with some other business plan to build, make, or otherwise sell items each Saturday this summer. Ok Ok lets get it out of the way right now, the state's number one cash crop, pot, cannot be sold there. Forget it!
  • April 18 a Although not mandatory, tonight at 6pm, in the Clay Library conference room, there is a meeting for potential vendors of the Farmer's Market.
  • April 18 a Quit complaining and grow your own future. The time to start is now.
  • April 18 a With beautiful weather upon us, it's hard to retain those pent up winter blues. There is something about using a wed whacker or chain saw to work off the winter anger syndrome.
  • April 18 a All that noise also stifles any need to listen to the spouse.  It's also a kind of mental hygiene  time when minds can wonder off to a different time as Spring dandelions get their heads chopped off.
  • April 18 a A couple hours of turning over dirt serves the beat down hubby well.
  • April 18 a  Commissioner Mike Pierson campaigned for office with a platform of bringing city water to his Blue Knob neighborhood. During the last Town Council meeting, it was announced the application for the project was somehow locally boogered up and tossed by the wayside.
  • April 18 a Pierson will have to try again next year for the enhancement.
  • April 18 a State government offers a tourism web site where local events (anything other than fundraisers) can be posted. If your group is hosting a summertime event and want it to have a bigger attendance, the time is now for getting the information online for the world to see.
  • April 18 a  Amanda Moore at the Courthouse has agreed to be the go between person for local groups and the state folks. Email your event (s) over to Moore ASAP. The State folks are already posting third week of May activities.
  • April 18 a One note to remember, it's the Commerce Dept in Charleston that has the final say on what gets posted and what gets tossed. We can blame Amanda but it's the stuffed shirts that make the final decision.
  • April 18 a Communicator comes out Tuesday afternoon. We're busy gathering info and getting in the typing mode for the next 36 hours. Few updates coming until we get that rascal out the door.
  • April 16 a  Starting you morning off on an up beat..... The 10 worst states to try and make a living. West Virginia comes on 9th. in the entire nation.
  • April 16 a Here's the 10 best states to make a living.
  • April 16 a Staying away from credit cards are ya? Using your debit card for purchases instead of a check? With new banks restrictions coming on total dollar amounts allowed with a debit purchase, you might want to think again and carry cash.
  • April 16 a  In the last decade, the average income of the bottom 90 percent of all working Americans actually declined, Obama said. "The top 1 percent saw their income rise by an average of more than a quarter of a million dollars each.
  • April 15 a Top of the morning to one and all. After a trip to the local dollar store for new reading glasses, things aren't quite as fuzzy after cataract surgery. Next eye job comes May 4th. The in between time remains a little out of focus. Watch out fellow drivers, the ace cub reporter is all over the road and doesn't even know it!
  • April 15 a Last night the Panthers lost a biggy to Herbert Hoover High. Around 19 to 6 was final score.
  • April 15 a Last week we posted a military suicide rate that was sky high. The Navy Times source was reliable we thought. We were duped. Here's the correct rate and info from PolitiFact. We stand corrected.
  • April 15 a Republicrats are great at band standing and commanding media attention. They've been leading the charge to take back the supreme court allowed and Congressional mandates allowing collective bargaining. They are claiming huge savings when unions are busted. Much of their rhetoric is bogus. Here's the scoop.
  • April 15 a Music at Big Otter Center tonight and the Fishin Derby over at Lake Sampson followed by the first ramp feed of the season at the Big Otter Firehouse. Check out the EVENTS page for all the details.

Wed morning during the County Commission meeting Prez Slinky Poo said "No one pays attention to what he says"  A little later Commissioner Mikey Pierson responded to a question about using the Communicator and this site for advertising. He said "We'll stick with the Freeze Press"
  • April 15 a Just goes to show you how out of step, our lackluster leadership handles getting important information to the public. Is it any wonder Clayberry falls so far behind the rest of the world, even the third world.
  • April 15 a For our clickers, supporters, and advertisers, thanks for keeping Clay County's only real source for news alive and well in 2011.
  • April 14 a With things still lookin a little fuzzy...

  • April 1 4 a Today is the grand opening open house for Advantage complete with munchies and prizes.  Congrats! See EVENTS page for details

  • April 14 a The ace cub reporter had cataract surgery Wed morning. Now operating with one old eye and one bionic one, things like typed letters are out of  kilter until a second surgery is performed and new glasses received.

  • April 13  a  Happy 1st birthday John Alexander Sizemore Flores V
  • April 13 a In this county and state we talk about all the $$ being spent on education and the success those dollars have brought.
  • April 13 a Phil Kabler from the Charleston brought out the real truth with : .... regarding last week's item about how Lottery profits subsidize thoroughbred and greyhound racing at the state's four racetracks to the tune of nearly $100 million a year, a reader wanted to know how much, by comparison, the state spends on its PROMISE scholarship program.    The PROMISE scholarship, funded out of a different Lottery account, is capped at $29 million a year. That's why the Legislature last year capped PROMISE scholarships at $4,750 a year per recipient, meaning they no longer cover the full cost of tuition at most state institutions.     Ironically, the state spends nearly 3 1/2 times as much on horses and dogs as it spends on its best and brightest young minds.    Just on horse racing alone, each year the state spends the equivalent of $404.33 per resident to subsidize thoroughbred purses, by far the highest per-capita amount of the 38 states where horse racing is legal.  By comparison, Kentucky - home of the most famous thoroughbred race in the world - spends only $192.90 per person to subsidize thoroughbred purses. My home state of Virginia, which produced the greatest racehorse ever, spends only $13.20 per capita to subsidize thoroughbred purses.
  • April 13 a Now that's some good reporting.  Animal racing is more important than the next generation.
  • April 13 a Like sports? Josh Shamblin and Brian King produce the Sports Circus show on 101.7 FM. Darn good offering come your way tonight at 7pm.
  • April 13 a Maybe there's a reason why you see so many misspelled words on this site.
  • April 13 a The ace cub reporter goes in for cataract surgery this morning. No updates until the fuzziness leaves. The guy's spelling won't be improved by the procedure. As for his  thinking abilities, only an anal cranial transplant could help.

  • April 11 late p  See the morning post and followed by the afternoon post. Done that???
  • April 11 late p From the email bag:   I was not involved in any of your supposed news. I was serving the last 24 hrs  of a sentence for reckless driving, and except for this offense have never been confined to the regional jail. I would appreciate you taking my name out of the middle of this incident and wish you would do some fact checking before you post things which lead people to believe things that are not true just to sensationalize your "wittle paper". - Andrew Summers.

The other was a Christopher Tschetter who remains in the slammer as of 10am today. It might have been the Tschetter involved in the Sizemore Trailer park incident Sunday afternoon.
  • April 11 a  The little rug rats are back in school. Thank goodness for that
  • April 11 School Board is suppose to meet tonight. Don't bother looking on their high dollar web site for an agenda . It ain't there. Hasn't been there for months. So much for those in charge living up to their promises of keeping the public informed.

  • April 10 p We had quite the weather gamut in the last seven days. Everything from rain, hail, snow, 50 mph winds, tore thru County Clay. For many power and communication outages were standard fare this past week.
  • April 10 p We saw a couple good things too.
  • April 10 p A band of volunteers have been working behind the scenes to bring trout to Buffalo Creek. That's the creek that Joe Nutter sings about running black as coal. For months the volunteers and other groups have worked to remove trash  from the stream. Plans are in motion to "lime" to sweeten the place.
  • April 10 p Today, Buffalo is one of the most beautiful blue water creeks in the state. Williams River in Pocahantas has nothing on us!
  • April 10 p Last Thursday, 650 pounds of trout were scattered along a 3 1/2 miles section of the Elk tributary from Swandale to Cressmont. Since then people from all walks of life , all ages, and from many counties have come to the county to have fun fishing Buffalo.
  • April 10 p It is our understanding, the Business Development Authority plans to provide enough $$$ for one additional stocking ($1000) set for late May.
  • April 10 p Buffalo is one part of the tourism puzzle and growth for our struggling county. Those that fished in the last four days came here and spent money. That's new money in the county.
  • April 10 p Just think, the campers come to the Bradley Campground Friday afternoon, dance at the Big Otter Community Center that evening, fish Saturday morning, watch the dirt track races in the afternoon followed by Auction House fun and Saturday night music compliments of the local radio station.  That makes a pretty good weekend of good stuff to do. And.... a real good chance those foreigners will unload their wallets right here where it's needed the most, Clayberry.
  • April 10 p The second biggy of the week was the Recycling Day program organized by the Solid Waste Authority. 100's of tons of junk were taken over to Pierson's log yard for the event. Rain and high winds didn't slow locals down from hauling junk from side roads, alleys, backyards, and fields.
  • April 10 p  That's 4400 tires that aren't laying in a creek. That's 6, 30 yard, dumpsters and several tractor trailer loads of household trash, metal, mattresses, couches, chairs, and more that didn't end up along side some country lane.
  • April 10 p When reps from the Waste Authority asked the County Commission for local funds to help pay for additional dumpsters, they refused. Not one penny of CCC local funds was allowed.Commission Prez Slinky thought grant funds were more than enough to handle any need. He was wrong. He is wrong.
  • April 10 p  That properly disposed of waste also helps improve our image and future as a weekend destination spot.
  • April 10 p  Whether it is the Buffalo Creek Watershed group ( see claytoday.org) or the Solid Waste Authority Board, it's volunteers that make the difference in Clayberry. If you're waiting on County Commission leadership, you're going to be waiting a long time.
  • April 10 p Oh, one other biggy from the lasts even days. Jeff Davis didn't go to jail. Not once !
  • April 8 late p  Arden Ray Rose, 47, of Strange Creek, see OBITUARY page
  • April 8 late p  A humongo wind , rain storm ripped thru the county this afternoon. As of 10 pm repair crews were still working to get trees out the roads and utility lines back up in the air.
  • April 8 p Today is day one of the Solid Waste Authority Recycling Days. Before night fall, four huge dumpsters were overflowing along with one tractor trailer load full of junk electronics. That's 100's of tons of junk not winding up laying along a road or in a  creek somewhere. Not bad for a day filled with rain.
  • April 8 p Saturday is your last chance to get rid of about anything except propane tanks. That includes Bubba's nasty ole couch. Sorry Bubba will not be accepted during this program.
  • April 8 p Now is the chance to do something nice for the county and make your property look that much better. If you get a dumping citation later this summer, it's your own fault.

Today and Saturday are the two days a year you can get rid of junk, metal, old tires, chairs, electronic equipment, and about anything else except propane tanks. See EVENTS page for details.  Take it over to Pierson Lumber now during the Solid Waste Authority's Recycling Days.

  • April 3 a Like: California has over twice as many govt workers as industrial workers. The one time auto capitol of the world, Michigan, and Pennsylvania, once the steel capital, have more government bureaucrats than people making things.
  • April 3 a  Our farm states of Nebraska and Iowa have five times more govt workers than manufacturing folks.
  • April 3 a Here in the Mountain State where coal is king, we have three times more govt employees than coal miners.

  • April 1 Every once in a while, we even receive a nice email: Here's an excerpt:   I would like you to know how much enjoyment I get out of your website. I routinely read the news page since I am living out in Seattle..... I enjoy reading about the goings-on in the county and I especially like to read about all the dirty antics that go on behind closed doors.  As I was reading your posts, I literally laughed out loud when I read about those individuals who asked you to take those posts off your website. Listen... It's public knowledge about indictments and they should be made public by any means available. If you don't want your name in the paper for allegedly committing a felony or other crime, then don't do it. It's common sense. ...
