  This new complaint is felony number 8 for 2020.
   Penned by Green Shirt R Wiseman with the incident occurring on Jan 9 2020, we noticed something a little different on the Criminal Complaint. Probable cause was found on a charge while no probable cause was found on others. We don't know which is which. So, here goes with the Criminal Complaint and we will let the Courts figure out what's been dropped.
  On Thursday Jan 9th, Green Shirt Wiseman responded to an attempted arson complaint at 1259 Clay Highway, Indore. Wiseman was advised, Mr. Adkins got in his vehicle and spun gravel on a Neal vehicle causing minor damage. Wiseman noticed the gravel damage.
  While there,  Amy D Adkins added, Oscar Adkins rammed the back of his vehicle and spun gravel on that one too. Adkins then poured gasoline into a plastic container and threw it at her house and vehicle.  Mr Adkins then took a piece of wood and lit the gasoline that he had thrown at her house and vehicle.
  Multiple people were inside the house including juveniles who exited the house and put out the fire....
  While attempting to put out the fire, a Duncan subject advised, Mr. Adkins attempted to throw gasoline on her and told her he was going to light her on fire.
  Wiseman arrested Oscar Adkins for malicious assault x 7 in the 4th degree, arson in the 4th degree and destruction of property x 2.
  Sounds like  Oscar Adkins was out of control and got caught.
